Zen Girl wants you to be 100% satisfied with your crystal energy! We offer returns for our bracelets within 14 days of the date your package was delivered. The merchandise must be shipped back to us within that 14-day window, undamaged. We will not accept or refund any merchandise that’s damaged. Shipping charges are nonrefundable!

All of out crystals and semiprecious beads are all natural.  All of our items are handcrafted in Los Angeles, and made with the highest quality products and ingredients. All of out Sterling, Rose Gold, and Gold beads are 925 Sterling Filled, Real Rose Gold Filled, and 14K Gold Filled, and guaranteed for 1 year.

All Crystal Infused Candles, Bath Soaks, Body Scrub, Aromatherapy Intention Rollers, and clearing tools (smudge sticks, selenite wands) are final sale and not eligible for return. Orders of $200+ will incur a 10% restocking fee.

After the 90-day warranty period, repairs will be charged full price to replace item.  If you have all of your gemstone beads and hardware accessories, items can be repaired for 50% of original purchase.
