At Zen Girl, we want you to love every product you bring into your space. If something is not quite right, we are here to help.

Crystal Jewelry & Bracelets — 90-Day Guarantee

We stand behind the quality of our crystal jewelry with a 90-day satisfaction guarantee. If you are not completely happy with your bracelet or jewelry purchase, contact us within 90 days of delivery and we will make it right — either with a full refund to your original payment method or store credit, your choice.

Crystal-Infused Candles — 14-Day Returns

We want you to feel confident in your purchase. Candles may be returned unopened and unburned within 14 days of delivery for a full refund to your original payment method or store credit, your choice. Once a candle has been burned, it is considered final sale and is no longer eligible for return.

If your candle arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo and we will resolve it promptly at no cost to you.

All Other Items — 14-Day Returns

For all other eligible items, we accept returns within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging. Upon receipt and inspection of your return, we will issue a refund to your original payment method or store credit, whichever you prefer.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please email us at info@zen-girl.com within 48 hours of delivery. Include your order number and a photo. We will cover return shipping and send a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping method as Zen Girl is not responsible for lost return packages.

How to Start a Return

Email us at info@zen-girl.com with your order number and reason for return. Our team will respond within 1–2 business days with instructions.

Processing Time

Once your return is received and inspected, please allow 5–7 business days for your refund or store credit to be processed.
