ZEN GIRL SHIPPING POLICY

At Zen Girl, we take great care in packaging and shipping your order so it arrives safely and beautifully.

Order Processing Times

    •    Crystal-infused candles: 1–2 business days

    •    Crystal jewelry & bracelets: 3–5 business days

Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Domestic Shipping (United States)

Standard shipping is a flat rate of $7.99. Expedited shipping is calculated at checkout based on your location and package size. Orders totaling $150 or more qualify for free standard shipping.

We ship via USPS, UPS, and FedEx. Carrier selection is based on your location and package size to ensure the best delivery experience. Standard domestic delivery typically takes 3–7 business days after processing.

International Shipping

We ship worldwide. International shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location, package weight, and dimensions.

International delivery typically takes 7–21 business days after processing, depending on destination and customs clearance. Please note that Zen Girl is not responsible for customs fees, import duties, or taxes imposed by your country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your package directly on the carrier’s website.

Lost or Delayed Packages

If your package appears lost or has not moved in tracking for more than 10 business days (domestic) or 30 business days (international), please contact us at info@zen-girl.com and we will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Please double check your shipping address at checkout. Zen Girl is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you need to update your address, contact us at info@zen-girl.com immediately after placing your order.

Holiday Shipping

During peak holiday seasons, processing and delivery times may be longer than usual. We recommend ordering early to ensure timely delivery.
